DCustomize LLC Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure & Value Ladder
Affiliates are compensated based on the successful completion and payment of services within the DCustomize Value Ladder:
One-Time Setup Services: A 30% commission is paid on all one-time “Core Flow Setups” (The Foundation, The Growth Engine, Scale & Profit).
Monthly Retainer Services: A 10% recurring commission is paid on “Full Retention Retainers” (starting at $2,500/mo).
Duration Cap: Recurring commissions for retainers are capped at a maximum of 12 consecutive months per client.
2. The "Actual Accomplishment" Rule (Payouts)
Valid Referral: A commission is only earned when a client completes a purchase through your unique affiliate link and the funds have cleared the DCustomize account.
Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on a Net-30 basis (30 days after the client payment) to account for potential refunds or payment disputes.
Minimum Payout: Affiliates must earn a minimum of $50 to trigger a payout.
3. Affiliate-Get-Affiliate Bonus (Recruitment)
DCustomize offers a one-time $10 Recruitment Bonus for partners who refer new affiliates to the program.
The Trigger: This bonus is only paid once the referred affiliate successfully closes their first paying client.
4. Cookie Policy & Attribution
Duration: We operate on a 90-day tracking cookie. If a lead clicks your link and purchases within 90 days, you receive the credit.
Last-Click Attribution: DCustomize follows a “Last-Click” model. The last affiliate link clicked before a purchase is the one that receives the commission.
5. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions
To maintain the “Big Shot” reputation of DCustomize, affiliates must agree to:
No Spam: No unsolicited emailing or mass-messaging.
No False Claims: You may not guarantee specific ROI or “overnight success” on behalf of DCustomize.
Brand Alignment: Affiliates must not promote DCustomize alongside “get rich quick” schemes or low-quality services.
Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase services for your own brand.
6. Relationship of Parties
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are an independent contractor, and you are responsible for any taxes owed on your commissions.
7. Termination
DCustomize LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation and void any pending commissions if these terms are violated, specifically regarding spam or misrepresentation of our services.
