Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DCustomize LLC, we strive to provide high-quality Email and SMS marketing services. Because our work involves custom strategy, technical setup, and human labor, we have established the following policies:

1. Digital Audits & Strategy Sessions

  • No Refunds: Payments for “Email Flows/Automation Audits” are non-refundable once the audit process has begun.

  • Value Delivery: The fee covers the professional time and expertise required to analyze your account and deliver a strategic roadmap.

2. Implementation & Setup Services (Core Flow)

  • Work-in-Progress: For “Core Flow Setup” or “Account Migrations,” refunds are not available once technical work (Klaviyo setup, flow creation, or design) has commenced.

  • Partial Credits: In rare cases where a project is halted before completion due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial credit toward future services may be issued at the sole discretion of DCustomize LLC.

3. Monthly Retention Retainers

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients on a “Full Retention Retainer” must provide a 30-day written notice prior to their next billing cycle to cancel services.

  • Non-Refundable Months: Once a monthly retainer period has begun, that month’s fee is non-refundable as resources and team hours have already been allocated to your account.

4. Chargebacks

  • Dispute Resolution: We encourage clients to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any service issues.

  • Policy: DCustomize LLC will vigorously defend against fraudulent chargebacks by providing proof of work and signed service agreements to the relevant banking institutions.
