DCustomize LLC was officially registered in 2020 during the pandemic, but it wasn’t until 2022 that the idea of launching an agency came to life.
After successfully helping multiple brands with Klaviyo email marketing, it became clear that many businesses didn’t fully understand how to leverage email for growth. Instead of just managing email as an add-on, we saw the potential to turn it into a core revenue driver.
That realization led to the creation of DCustomize—an email marketing agency built to help brands scale through strategic, results-driven email & SMS marketing.
